On Oct. 1 I will start work on this. In the meantime I needed something to fill the space.

I write a poem a day during April, when it's National Poetry Month. (www.poets.org)

I shall follow your progress. ;~)

I used to write every day. And most recently that meant a poem a day but it has been a while since I actually put some effort in it. Always feel too busy.

"Too busy." That seems to be the bane of many poets/writers.

A Poem Is A Little Path

A poem is a little path
That leads you through the trees.
It takes you to the cliffs and shores,
To anywhere you please.

Follow it and trust your way
With mind and heart as one,
And when the journey's over,
You'll find you've just begun.
